Dell Gets It

Dell has started shipping laptops with Ubuntu pre-installed on them which is absolutely awesome not because it sticks it to Microsoft but because it no longer sticks it to the consumer. The Windows tax is now optional; if a user hates Ubuntu and wants to use Windows they can go out and purchase it themselves and life returns to normal, no harm no foul.

I like that a lot.

But more so than that is the ability to trick out a Dell laptop through their online store until it hits the uber-haX0R 1337 status, quite literally so.
