Google Twin

The Houston Chronicle has an amusing article today about the discombobulation caused from finding out one has a Google twin.

Intrigued, I googled for mine: Chris Cummer and was a bit surprised to find I don’t have one.

I was also a bit surprised to find that the #2 hit is for some site I’ve never heard of before (www.holidaymaker.co.uk/), that Bruce Sterling mentioned me once, and that my brief foray into Python is probably the most re-linked, re-distributed thing I’ve ever written (sorry Python people, I really did like it but now I like Ruby more).

I will now coin the term “googlegänger” and claim first use… sigh.
