    I tend to travel down to LA every couple of months for business and it always strikes me how things are familiar but different, like it should all happen the way I expect, but it doesn’t and it doesn’t in ways that are just subtle enough to feel like things have been knocked 15˚ askew.

    I have no doubt they feel the same way coming up here (”It tastes like beer yet… I can’t feel my… legs…”) ;)
