Day 1 with the new toy

Last week I bought myself a new toy, the Canon EOS Rebel XT and so far I like it a lot. Surprisingly it’s even compatible with half of my 12-yr. old original EOS Rebel lenses (anyone want to by a great film-based EOS Rebel? I’ll sell it cheap.)

For the camera’s first day out I took it to the Vancouver Aquarium to run it through multiple light levels, different depths of field and… it was a great excuse to go there (incidentally, the Aquarium is great).
