Reg has posted some great words of wisdom regarding the age-old interviewing/hiring process we’ve all gone through at one point or another:

Here’s the thing I’ve seen in my career: some companies do a better job of interviewing than others. But whether they interview well or poorly, the company’s character and style are always front and centre on display.

Thinking back across the last three jobs I’ve held this holds absolutely true (though hind-sight being 20/20 its much easier to see now of course).
