Safari and QuickTime: Pathetic

It’s pretty absurd that running an embedded QuickTime movie in Safari ultimately leads to non-stop spinning beachballs on every mouse click or key press and eventually the complete, utter, and silent death of the application itself. You’d think if there was one media type and plugin Safari would be able to handle well, it’d be QuickTime.
