No hands, no cookies?

A question for you (and all you web developers out there): does anyone browse with cookies turned off anymore? Does anyone worry about that when developing sites or web apps? Or can we now consider the presence of cookies to be so ubiquitous that to browse without them would be akin to browsing without images (lynx users need not apply ;))?
