Men + women = evil

So sayeth Grand Mufti Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Abdullah al-Sheikh, Saudi Arabia’s highest clerical authority:
“Allowing women to mix with men is the root of every evil and catastrophe. It is highly punishable. Mixing of men and women is a reason for greater decadence and adultery,” he said. “I severely condemn this matter and warn of grave consequences.”

I’m going to offer another perspective on this issue: people who spend their lives hell-bent on telling other people how to live theirs are the root of all evil.
Ok, I’d probably throw greed and megalomania into the mix too, but does seem to me that a disproportionate number of problems all start with one person trying to tell a whole bunch of other people that some other group of people are evil.
Come to think of it, maybe it’s the people who listen to the person telling everyone what to do that are evil. Without a willing audience he just becomes that crazy guy on the streetcorner telling me I’m going to go to hell. Again.
