Pictu and Panther

Proteron to Apple: “You ripped us off”
Samuel Caughron of Proteron Software is accusing Apple of ripping off their application switcher, Liteswitch X:
As you are aware, keyboard application switching is significantly improved. What is disappointing is that this “improvement” is a near pixel duplication of a Proteron product, LiteSwitch X. And despite the obvious similarities, Proteron has received no [...]

The Knee Defender
The Knee Defender. Now this is a good idea:
Knee Defender stops reclining seatbacks so your knees won’t have to.
Unique, patent pending Knee Defender gives you control when confronted by a faceless, determined seat recliner who doesn’t [...]
Linus on Linux
Actually the article in question is YA-Microsoft Doesn’t Get Open-source Software article but this, this is the interest, important, relevant bit:
“Because the software is free, there is no pressure to release it before it is really ready just to achieve some sales target. Every version of Linux is declared to be finished only when it [...]
