The ACLU has stepped in and created a webpage for JetBlue customers to use the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) to find out if their info was passed off to Torch Concepts: Feature on JetBlue’s Unauthorized Release of Passenger Data.

I wonder if Canadians can use the FOIA? I wonder if Canadians were part of the distributed data at all?
