Fox News vs. Al Franken

Fox News is suing funny guy and pundit Al Franken for using the phrase “fair and balanced” in the title of his new book “Lies and the Lying Liars Who Tell Them: A Fair and Balanced Look at the Righ“:
Fox News registered “Fair & Balanced” as a trademark in 1995, the suit says.
Franken’s “intent is clear - to exploit Fox News’ trademark, confuse the public as to the origins of the book and, accordingly, boost sales of the book,” the suit said.
Bullshit. Everyone who’s ever watched Fox News knows that it’s anything but balanced, and to be fair, it really isn’t the other either. This litigous behavious is just unseamly. Support Al: buy his book. Support yourself: watch a real news channel.

So why isn’t ob.blog listing itself proudly as “fair and balanced” in its header? Are you unfair? Unbalanced maybe?
One could argue “yes” on both accounts.
Why would anyone believe Frankens lies?
He says Bill O’Reilly claimed he won a Peabody award, compared the Koran to Mien Kampf and a dozen other things he didn’t do…. pathetic.
