		<description>Makes perfect sense. What are platform does Yahoo! primarily run on? Yep, PHP. Makes sense that MS would get a leg up on PHP on Windows before they (I'm sad to say) eventually devour Yahoo!. PHP on Windows makes it MUCH easier to port all the Yahoo! properties over to MS technologies.

Now that Icahn is on the Yahoo! board, it's, only a matter of time before he manages to force Yahoo!'s hand.</description>
